30 days of shamelessness

I believe a big part of self love is having no shame in who we are, what we have been through, things we love, and is all about embracing every little corner and crevice we may or may not share with people.

There is a new interactive project I would like to share with you and ask for you to take part in!!

30 Days of Shamelessness

This is a collection of 30 prompts for all your radical-self-acceptance needs. There are 30 prompts to write on, to tweet about (using the hashtag #30dos)

I believe this project and the prompts will help us shed any hidden parts of ourselves that we may think we shouldn’t share! It is about embracing all of our awesomesauceness!

The wonderful thing about this is that there are no rules! You don’t have to write on these every day, you don’t have to do in any order, and you can talk about one, or five, or all thirty. You can share as a Facebook status and link to (30 Days of Shamelessness), tweet a sentence, do a vlog or write a whole blog post.

I love the freedom of this, because it is about meeting you where you are, while trying to make it fun (or serious! That’s the fun in no rules!), and maybe introduce you to some new people, as well as challenge you to share new things with people!

This fabulous blog carnival/interactive project is the brain child of Miss Mary Max and I am honored to be partnering with her to bring awareness and share with all of you! Essentially this is all about you! We are just bringing awareness to it, and for it to grow, we rely on you to take part in any way you feel comfortable :)

Please be sure to go *like* the Facebook page and share any of the following prompts with us!

The 30 self acceptance, self love, shed shame prompts are:
